Operator. Khaznaty System is operated by Muhit Wabell Tech Est., an establishment duly registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 7004049875 (address: KSA - Jeddah - Taiba District), and managed under its parent company website wabelltech.wabell.net. In this document, "Khaznaty System" is the product/service, while "we", "us", and "the operator" refer to Muhit Wabell Tech Est. — the legal entity behind the service.
1. What Khaznaty System is. Khaznaty System is a technical software tool only. It is not an accounting system of record, not a bank, and not a tax or VAT/ZATCA service. It records the cash movements you enter; it does not verify, audit, or guarantee them. How you use the tool is entirely at your own discretion, and you are fully responsible for your use of it.
1a. What the subscription fee is for. The subscription fee is charged for access to the software and its ongoing operation and upkeep (hosting, maintenance, and running costs). It is a fee for the tool and its availability — not a fee for handling, safeguarding, insuring, or taking responsibility for your cash, your data's contents, or your business decisions. Paying for the service does not transfer any of those responsibilities to Khaznaty System; they remain entirely yours.
2. Your account, your responsibility. You are responsible for everything done under your account and your team's accounts. This includes keeping your login credentials secret, protecting your screens and devices from unauthorized viewing, managing who you invite, and setting the right permissions for your team. You use Khaznaty System at your own responsibility.
3. Your data and your users. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the conduct of the users you invite. Any dispute, loss, discrepancy, theft, or issue arising between you, your team, your custodians, or your counterparties is your responsibility to resolve — not Khaznaty System's. Khaznaty System provides the tool; how you use it, who you trust, and how you act on what it shows you are your decisions.
4. No liability for your use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khaznaty System and its operator, Muhit Wabell Tech Est., are not liable for any loss, damage, cash discrepancy, business decision, or dispute arising from your use of the service or from the data you or your team enter. The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Your responsibility to protect trust. Khaznaty System gives you tools for separation of duties, approvals, and an audit trail. Using them correctly — and maintaining trust within your team — is your responsibility. Khaznaty System enforces the rules you configure; it cannot prevent misuse by people you have authorized.
6. Deleting your data. You may delete your account and all your data at any time from within the app. Deletion is permanent. We keep only a minimal record that a deletion occurred (with no personal data), for our own compliance evidence.
7. Subscription and payment. Access beyond the free demo requires a subscription. Fees, billing, and any bank-transfer or card terms are shown at subscription. Khaznaty System issues its own subscription invoices; it is not your accounting or tax authority.
8. Changes. We may update these terms or the service. Continued use after an update means you accept the change.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The operating entity is Muhit Wabell Tech Est., an establishment registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 7004049875.
