Operator. Khaznaty System is operated by Muhit Wabell Tech Est., an establishment duly registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 7004049875 (address: KSA - Jeddah - Taiba District), and managed under its parent company website wabelltech.wabell.net. In this document, "Khaznaty System" is the product/service, while "we", "us", and "the operator" refer to Muhit Wabell Tech Est. — the legal entity behind the service.
1. What we collect. We collect the account information you provide (name, email, company name, mobile), the cash-movement data and documents you enter, and basic technical data needed to run the service.
2. How we use it. We use your data only to provide the service to you: running your account, showing your records, sending you transactional notifications, and processing your subscription. We do not use your cash data for anything else.
3. We do not sell or share your data. We never sell your data. We never share it for marketing or advertising. We do not use it to build profiles for third parties. The only times we disclose data are: (a) to the service providers who help us run Khaznaty System (such as secure hosting and email delivery), strictly to operate the service, and (b) if we are legally required to by a lawful order from a competent Saudi authority.
4. How we protect it. Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and encrypted at rest. Documents are stored in secure, access-controlled storage. We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we treat your data as confidential and design the service to keep it that way.
5. Your control and deletion rights. You can access and export your data from within the app at any time. You can delete your account and all your data at any time; deletion is permanent and complete, except a minimal record (with no personal data) that a deletion occurred, kept for compliance.
6. Your responsibility. Protecting your login, your devices, and your screens is your responsibility. We secure the service; you secure your access to it.
7. Data location and law. Muhit Wabell Tech Est., an establishment registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 7004049875, operates the service under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Note: Khaznaty System is a tool for your business; the data you enter about your own cash and counterparties is yours, and you are its controller under the law.
8. Changes. We may update this policy; we will reflect the date above.
